We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If we have failed to meet your expectations, PLEASE CONTACT US so we can make it right.
Returns can only be made with prior approval. We will issue either a refund or store credit for any items that are returned.
Due to the time sensitive nature of fresh roasted coffee, we can only guarantee the quality of our coffee products for 30 days after roasting. The "roasted on" date is clearly marked on every bag of coffee we sell.
Unless otherwise noted, all products will be shipped using the US Postal Service method of your choice. Shipping rates are calculated using actual USPS published rates.
All orders are roasted at the beginning of each week and shipped on the same or next day. Any orders submitted after roasting has finished will be held until the next scheduled roasting date the following week.
We try to keep enough stock of each variety of unroasted coffee beans on hand to meet the expected demand. In the event that we receive an order requesting more of a coffee variety than we have on hand, we will contact you to determine if you would like to substitute a different variety, or delete that item from your order. We will issue either a refund or store credit for out of stock items that are deleted from you order.
Due to strict regulations for shipping coffee internationally, we will only ship to a United States address.
Free shipping is currently offered for the coffee portion of any order with 5 pounds of roasted coffee or more.
We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier and method for any orders in which we pay the shipping.
