Our coffees are roasted to order. We then package the beans and ship directly to you within hours of being roasted. The roast date is clearly marked on each bag so you will know exactly how fresh it is.
All orders are roasted at the beginning of each week and shipped the same or next day. Any orders submitted after roasting has finished will be held until the next scheduled roasting date the following week.
